For us at Pawelks, the customer is at the center of attention. For this you must be able to buy the product you want with complete peace of mind.
If the product we sent you is not satisfied, if the size is not right, if there has been an error and the product is not what you expected, all you have to do is return it to us.
The conditions (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) necessary for the return of the purchased product are:
- The product must be intact and not used.
- The tag must not be removed.
- The request must be made within 14 days from the moment you receive the product.
If these conditions exist, we can reimburse you for the expenses incurred, with the exception of any shipping costs.
